Computers AHHHH!

getting ready for a raid, log in to the game, start making some pots, move,
and i look around and every one is running in place, im thinking damn lag
now the first time i get kicked off, I'm thinking, crap reboot the modem
well that didn't work.

reboot, didn't work
delete cash files, didn't work

and on the last attempt i stayed on for about 2 seconds more that i was staying on,
by this time i was in icc

kicks me out again.....


this time i can not get back on

i was pissed....

so i moved what i needed to a back up drive

and formatted the computer

just to take precautions, i did a full re-install of wow

yea that killed my raid

so what i ended up doing is installing windows 7 so far while in game, there were some lag spikes,
but no DC's i am going to switch to the other NIC to see if that will help

Frustrating, is one word for it, beating my head against the wall is another
we are getting to the second phase, but the black puddles of poo are not good.

in one of the fights i got got and couldn't get out of the group in time, and wow it filled the platform!

im currently looking for a different strat to deal with the guy

but it was cool that i got to run

but one thing erks me i am more of a utility person now, not a top dps'er

another think i noticed, i haven't raided in a while, and it shows i felt sluggish on my main
i think that is part of my issue,
 
how to fix, raid more!

Ahh The Failures

Well, 3 bosses 4 hours, and at the end of that 4 hours, we had on boss down and were wiping on Sindra such fun, 90% of the issue was people were being stupid, on the 3rd phase we were getting 2 and 3 ice blocks, because people were being stupid! one wipe was because of the tank.



I want to succeed with this group, but i am having a hard time with one individual, but i like playing with the group, just wish there were more guild activitys, than what there are. lets see i think there is one, and it is ten man icc.


gahh, i need to get in to 25's there was a run last night, but it was late to late for a run. if they do one this weekend i will trying get in but with the guild run, i don't know if i will be able to do it

Ahh Raid night

the guild that i am in, only raids 2 days a week, which it is fine, but i find my self more and more distracted, i need to start running 25 mans, but lack the motivation to do so. i only need 3 things out of 10 man, neck, ring, trinket, then i need just about every thing on 25 mans....



tonight we are finishing up a messed up 10 man which we more and more seem to pug. my real issues is with the main tank, im not sure what it is, but he just irritates the hell out of me, i am starting to get the vibe that he thinks he is better than me, and it is making me want to leave the guild..

gahh..

normally we get to sindra on the first night, but being an hour late doesn't help and being in a guild full of teenagers doesn't make me feel wonderful either

well i hope we get to lk again, i want a look at him

Mages rock

one thing about mages, they will pump out the deeps,

while trying to gear up for icc, i regularly topped the meeters, now with most of icc down and more or less on farm walking in to 5 mans is a joke, other than seeing if i can pull off the tank.

it is not uncommon for me to hit 9k on a 5 man run. to be honest, i get a kick out of it.

my best so far is just over 14k but i had a good group make up and a speed pot haha.
